To qualify for a business mortgage through our firm, you need to meet a number of conditions:

• You are an entrepreneur with a sole proprietorship, vof, partnership or bv.
• Your company has a maximum turnover of €10 million and up to 49 employees.
• You are resident in the Netherlands and liable to tax in the Netherlands.
• Your company is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and based in the Netherlands.
• You can provide 2 full financial years, the most recent of which is not older than 18 months.
• You do not have a negative registration with the Bureau Krediet Registratie (BKR).
• You dispose of the amount you have to put in for the loan yourself.
